Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vision starve, we are committed to delivering top-tier digital marketing services, including Google Ads management, video editing, content creation, thumbnail design, website designing, and logo designing. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining transparency and fairness in our operations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. General Policy

  • By engaging with Vision Starve, clients agree to adhere to our terms of service, including the policies detailed herein.
  • All service engagements are confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or partial, as per project requirements).

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Google Ads Management

  • Notice Period: Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.
  • Mid-Cycle Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued.

b) Video Editing / Content Creation / Thumbnail Design

  • Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not commenced. A full refund will be issued.
  • Post-Commencement: If work has begun, cancellations are not permitted. However, revisions will be provided as per the original agreement.

c) Website Designing / Logo Designing

  • Pre-Draft Cancellation: If the project is canceled before initial design drafts are delivered, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • Post-Draft Delivery: Once the first draft/mockup is delivered, no refunds will be issued. Reasonable revisions are allowed as per the package details.

3. Refund Policy

a) Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital services, the following are non-refundable:

  • Finalized videos, thumbnails, or content.
  • Published Google Ads campaigns.
  • Delivered logo or website designs.

b) Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: Vision Starve fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.
  • Breach of Agreement: Significant deviation from the service agreement or timeline (exceeding 15 business days without communication or progress).

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.


4. Advertiser Verification & Policy Compliance

To ensure compliance and maintain service integrity:

  • Accurate Information: Clients must provide truthful and complete information about their products/services, including any prior suspensions or policy violations on advertising platforms.
  • Approval for Changes: Any changes to products, services, advertising content, or creatives must be communicated and approved by Vision Starve before campaign launch.
  • Policy Violations: If Vision Starve detects the use of unapproved creatives, landing pages, or content that violates advertising platform policies, a $50 penalty will be retained, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
  • Compliance: Clients must adhere to the terms and policies set by the respective advertising platforms.
  • Payment: Clients are required to deposit their advertising budget and pay associated fees in full prior to campaign initiation.
  • Terms of Service: Clients must comply with Vision Starve’s Terms of Service.
  • Dispute History: Clients with a history of payment disputes with Vision Starve may be ineligible for refunds.

5. Refund Amount

Refunds will comprise the remaining, unspent ad budget and exclude:

  • Ad credits or vouchers.
  • Rental or agency fees.
  • Taxes and other incurred costs.

6. Payment Method

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used by the client. If the original method is unavailable, clients must provide additional information on a case-by-case basis. Vision Starve reserves the right to reject refunds if clients fail to comply.


7. Processing Time

The refund process may take 5-20 business days, depending on the client’s payment method.


8. Revisions & Satisfaction

  • Revisions: Free revisions are offered as per the service package to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Refunds vs. Revisions: Refunds are not a substitute for revisions. Clients are encouraged to communicate clearly for edits or adjustments.

If clients are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, they are encouraged to contact us at contact@visionstarve.com. We aim to resolve all concerns professionally and amicably.

Vision Starve
